Health Screenings
Heartland participants are encouraged to complete an annual biometric screening. Depending on your Collective Bargaining Agreement, you may be eligible to earn a wellness incentive for completing a screening and returning your wellness passport to the Heartland Health & Wellness Fund. For more specific incentive information, contact Heartland at 937-665-1900.
