WE’RE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY

It may take more than one try to quit so don’t give up!

Our Smoking Cessation resource covers two tries per year.

There are 4 factors that are crucial for quitting successfully:

  1. Make the decision to quit
  2. Set a quit date and choose a quit plan
  3. Deal with withdrawal
  4. Maintain and stay smoke free

The economic costs of smoking are estimated to be about $3,391 per smoker per year. Do you really want to continue burning up your money with nothing to show for it but inevitable health problems?

SETTING AN EXAMPLE

Do it for your child’s future!

If you have children, for whom you want to set a good example, know that kids who have parents that smoke are more likely to start smoking themselves. You can become a good role model for them by quitting now.

HOW THE BODY HEALS OVER TIME

Within 20 minutes of smoking that last cigarette, your body begins a series of healthy changes that continue for years.

This deep healing predominantly goes unnoticed to the person experiencing it, except for the gradual loss of a smoker’s cough and an increase in energy.

Make the change!
