Heartland Health & Wellness Fund would like to remind participants that any coronavirus tests are covered at 100%, both for in-network and out-of-network medical providers.
Heartland would also like to remind participants of a few COVID-19 symptoms, and when you should consider getting tested.
Short-term symptoms can include a cough, fever and shortness of breath. Long-term symptoms can include persistent pain in one’s chest; bluish lips or face; and confusion.
If you think you may have been infected, contact your doctor immediately. Tell them about your symptoms and they will determine the best course of action for you. Those with compromised immune systems should also contact a medical professional quickly
